Job Description
This is a preferable shift-schedule position from 10:00am-03:00pm; 6:00pm-11:00pm.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
– Answering call professionally
– Responding to customer inquiries
– Handling, resoving, and following up on customer’s complaints
– Providing customers with product and service information
– Identifying and escalating priority issues
– Routing calls to appropriate resource
– Completing a required report in system, sending to team leader/supervisor
Jobs Requirement
– Customer service-oriented
– Good time management and flexible working hours
– Fluent Khmer, English spoken and written, positive and soft voice, accurate pronunciation. Chinese is a plus
– Computer and communication skills
– Ability to work in teams and high degree of accuracyNote :
